My clients generally want to get into highly competitive, and high-ranking universities. The stakes are high. Getting into the right college at the right time will not only assure you of academic success and the possibility of obtaining your dream job, but it also changes the dynamics of your family. I have witnessed struggling, conflicting families become happier and more fulfilled when they see their children make significant progress.
The students I work with must draft an engaging essay that stands out from thousands of applicants. Although most of my clients are bright, ambitious, and goal-oriented, they easily get overwhelmed with the essay-writing process. They don't realize that the personal statement is nothing like the essays they have been writing in high school. The college essay should be persuasive. It is a marketing piece that showcases a student's story of perseverance, resilience, focus, and leadership.

I have worked with infants and toddlers, elementary, middle and high school for Sacramento Unified School District for almost 16 years and have a vast and diverse experience of supporting children and young adults with varying abilities and from different backgrounds. My experience extends to working with alternative schools for probation children, who have been placed in juvenile hall, conventional kindergarten to high school children, and special education students, including those who are deaf, and have ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions. I even supported one young man who was convicted of murder and is incarcerated for life. I have even taught honors English classes and honors classes.
